1. Acceptance

By using ALCE Fiscal you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ALCE Fiscal is a platform that facilitates CFDI validation, download and management through the SAT Web Service. The service is not affiliated with or a substitute for the SAT.

3. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan includes 1 download request per month with a maximum of 100 CFDIs. Downloaded files are available for 48 hours. ALCE Soft reserves the right to modify these limits.

4. Liability

ALCE Soft is not responsible for: errors, delays or interruptions in the SAT Web Service; data loss due to causes outside our platform; use of the service for illegal purposes; tax decisions made based on the service.

5. e.firma

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their e.firma. ALCE Soft applies AES-256-GCM encryption to protect stored keys, but does not guarantee absolute security against cyberattacks. SAT recommends not storing the e.firma on third-party systems.

6. Payments and Cancellations

Pro subscriptions are processed through MercadoPago. You can cancel at any time; you will have access until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
